Authors can submit their manuscripts through electronic submission system or email. In order to avoid repeated submission, please just choose one submission method. Please click following link

Paper Preparation-文章模板
Author can choose from the abstract templates or full paper template listed as follow: 文章需按模板排版，作者可根据情况选择以下模板
1) Abstract Template for Oral Presentation
2) Abstract Template for Poster Presentation 3) Full Paper Template * Authors who want to publish in journals should submit the abstract for review first. If your abstract is accepted for oral presentation on conference, you are required to attend the conference and present your paper first. After the conference, your full paper will be submitted to the journals for peer-review. Manuscripts must be written in English; 会议只接受英文稿件； The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template; 文章需按照模板排版准备； The topics of paper should be relevant to conference topics; 文章主题需和会议主题相关； Plagiarism is prohibited; 严禁抄袭或剽窃； Duplicate submission is prohibited. 禁止一稿多投。
